On December 6, 2024, local time in Russia, Linuo Group was invited to participate in the 17th "International Business Week Forum" held in Ufa, Bashkortostan, Russia. Mr. Liu Yuntao, Chairman of Linuo Group, delivered a keynote speech titled "Jointly Building a Development Platform for the SCO".

Mr. Liu first expressed his gratitude to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization for inviting Linuo Group. He also stated that with the joint efforts of everyone, the SCO Business Council has gained widespread recognition and support from the international community, and is transforming from concept to action, playing an important role in jointly building a development platform. The new stage and trend have brought us broader development space. Linuo Group has been awarded the right by the SCO Business Council to implement the SCO Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Center in China. Currently, it has established an office in Guangdong Province, with Guangdong as the core, including the Dongguan High-end Equipment Exhibition Center, the Nanhua Cultural Exchange Center, and the upcoming Economic and Trade Cooperation Center in Chengdu, which is mainly responsible for high-end equipment exhibition, trade exchanges, technical interactions, cultural exchanges, etc. It provides strong support and assistance for the development of high-end equipment and science and technology in SCO member countries, breaking technological monopolies, international sanctions, and other behaviors. We should learn from each other and make progress together, ultimately achieving a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win results.

Finally, on behalf of the China Guangdong Economic and Trade Exchange Center and Linuo Group, both under the SCO Business Council, Mr. Liu sincerely invites organizations or enterprises from various countries to visit and exchange ideas in China. This invitation aims to provide new development opportunities for countries around the world, including SCO member states, and to promote the construction of a better world.
