1.MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology refers to the use of multiple transmitting antennas and receiving antennas at the transmitting end and receiving end respectively, so that signals are transmitted and received through multiple antennas at the transmitting end and receiving end, so as to improve communication quality. It can make full use of space resources and realize multiple and multiple collection through multiple antennas. Without increasing spectrum resources and antenna transmitting power, it can improve the system channel capacity exponentially, showing obvious advantages and being regarded as the core technology of the next generation mobile communication.

3.It can be divided into SISO, SIMO, MISO and MIMO according to the number of antennas in the base station and mobile phone. Their English meanings are as follows:

① SISO: Single Input Single Output

② SIMO: Single Input Multiple Output

③ MISO: Multiple Input Single Output

④ MIMO: Multiple Input Multiple Output
